Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our mobile home repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
Pruitt Charles Enterprises provides mobile home repair and maintenance services including:
- Foundation leveling and repair
- Roofing services and repairs
- Electrical system work
- Plumbing services and repairs
- Skirting installation and maintenance
- HVAC maintenance and repair
- General mobile home maintenance
Service Terms
Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates are provided free of charge
- Estimates are valid for 30 days from date of issue
- Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during work
- Additional work requires written approval and updated pricing
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- A deposit may be required for large projects
- Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the property and repair needs
- Ensure safe access to work areas
- Remove personal belongings from work areas as requested
- Provide utilities (water, electricity) as needed for work completion
- Notify us of any changes to project scope or requirements
- Make payment according to agreed terms
Workmanship and Materials
We stand behind our work and use quality materials. Our workmanship is backed by our commitment to customer satisfaction. However:
- We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions not disclosed
- Normal wear and tear is not covered
- Damage caused by customer negligence is not covered
- Acts of nature and extreme weather events are not covered
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for our services.
Cancellation Policy
- Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled work
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee
- Materials ordered specifically for your project may not be returnable
- Emergency services cannot be cancelled once technician is dispatched
Permits and Codes
When required, we will obtain necessary permits for work performed. All work is completed according to applicable building codes and industry standards. Customer is responsible for any permit fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
